A warm and inviting venue with friendly staff. My daughter and I both purchased a perfume. It was a shame they didn't stock their lipsticks. However, we can purchase it online. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I had a feeling that H Brisbane would be it. True enough I got 1 of my dream bags - a Picotin w/ ghw and lotsa accessories 🤗They even had more bags available. I always look forward to visiting Hermès thanks to my wonderful sales assistant Katrina. She has an incredible gift for making each experience personal, warm, and memorable. Nothing is ever too big or too small for her to handle, and her professionalism is matched by her genuine joy and kindness. Shopping with her is always a pleasure.
